Terms of Service

Version 2.0 · Last updated: 29 August 2026

This version replaces the July 2026 version. The English text is the binding version; translations are provided for convenience only.

1. The service

Grants To Go (grantstogo.app) is a platform operated by Alena Bairak PR Beograd, Belgrade, Republic of Serbia (business activity code 70.22). The platform provides: a catalogue of grant and funding opportunities built from the funders' own documents, with search and matching tools; a workspace for preparing an application; automated drafting of application answers; submission of a completed application to the funder's portal; and tools for running an awarded project through its reporting obligations.

The platform is used by two kinds of user: a business, applying for its own company, and a consultant, preparing applications for client companies. Both use the same plans and the same prices; the difference is in the workspace, not in the price list.

We do not operate a marketplace of consultants, we do not sell or distribute leads, and we do not match businesses with consultants. A consultant is invited by the client, or invites the client, and the two contract directly (see sections 6 and 7).

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

The catalogue is free to browse without an account: every open call and its full card, including the quotations that support each figure, can be read by anyone.

Creating an account is free and stays free (the Free plan). A free account adds a company profile and automatic matching, saved applications, deadline reminders and the ability to prepare an application. Downloading files and submitting to a funder's portal require a paid plan or a one-off purchase (see section 5).

Each plan includes a number of seats. Additional seats may be purchased. Sharing one set of credentials between several people is not permitted; buy a seat instead.

3. Grant information — no guarantee

Grant data is collected from official sources — official government and institutional grant portals, funders' own websites and their published call documents — and refreshed regularly, with a link back to the original source on every card.

Every figure on a card is supported by a quotation from the funder's own document. Where a funder does not publish a piece of information, we say so rather than estimate it. Where an amount is shown converted into euro, the original currency and amount are shown first, the conversion is marked as ours, and the exchange rate source and date are stated.

A funder may change deadlines, amounts or eligibility at any time after our last refresh. Grants To Go is not liable for such changes made on the funder's side. Always verify conditions on the funder's official page before applying. Grants To Go does not guarantee that any application will be successful.

4. Automated drafting and checks

The platform drafts application answers from the documents and information you provide, in the wording used by the funder's own call, and within the limits the call sets.

Drafts are drafts. They may contain errors, omissions or placeholders. You are solely responsible for reviewing, correcting and approving all content before an application is submitted. Drafts do not constitute professional, legal, financial or tax advice.

Re-checks. Text produced by the platform is checked as it is produced. A re-check is a single run of a single answer after you have rewritten it yourself — an audit against the call's requirements, or a trim to a length limit. Each plan includes a number of re-checks per calendar month: Free 20, Start 100, Expert 200, Pro 200. Unused re-checks do not carry over. Additional re-checks may be purchased in packs of 100 (see section 5).

A re-check is charged to the account of the person who runs it. Where a consultant works inside a client's workspace, the consultant's own allowance is used, not the client's.

Documents of the funder are never rewritten. The text of your application and the funder's call text are shown in their original language and are not translated by the platform.

5. Plans, prices and payment

5.1 Plans

Plans are sold self-service. Current prices:

PlanMonthlyAnnual
Free€0—
Start€59€512
Expert€249€2,165
Pro€299€2,595

An annual plan is paid in advance for twelve months.

What each plan includes is set out in the price list at grantstogo.app/pricing, which forms part of these terms.

5.2 One-off purchases and add-ons

  • Submission of one application — €244 on the Free plan, €186 on the Start plan. Your plan does not change. The service consists of assembling the application package and submitting it; it is performed once the package has been assembled and made available to you. Submission is included in the Expert and Pro plans.
  • 100 additional re-checks — €19.
  • Additional seat — €15 per seat per month.
  • A pack of five client company slots (consultants) — €95 per month, available on the Start, Expert and Pro plans.

There is no success fee. We never take a share of a grant you are awarded.

5.3 Payment

Card payments are sold and invoiced through our payment partner, who acts as merchant of record for the transaction.

Legal entities may instead request an invoice-contract and pay by bank transfer. The invoice-contract is valid without seal or signature; payment of it constitutes acceptance of these terms. Value added tax is not applied: the supplier is not in the VAT system (Article 33 of the Law on VAT of the Republic of Serbia).

Prices may change for future periods, but never for a period you have already paid for. A subscription grants a right of access for the paid period; non-use is not grounds for a refund. The service is provided immediately upon receipt of payment.

For consumers: by completing the purchase you consent to immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledge that this waives the statutory 14-day withdrawal right where applicable. See grantstogo.app/refund for details.

6. If you are a business

You apply for your own company. The following applies in addition to the rest of these terms.

The application is yours. Everything you create in your workspace — your company profile, your uploaded documents and every application prepared from them — belongs to you. It stays yours if you invite a consultant, if you change plan, and if you stop paying: you can request a copy of your data at any time.

Nobody enters without your permission. A consultant or a consortium partner works inside your application only after you have granted access, application by application. You choose what is opened. Whatever you have not opened stays closed to them, including your other applications and documents.

You can withdraw access at any time, in one action. Withdrawal takes effect immediately.

Nothing is submitted without you. No application is sent to a funder's portal without your own explicit confirmation, whoever prepared it. A consultant may prepare an application in full, but the decision to submit is yours alone.

You can see who did what. Actions taken inside your workspace are recorded in an activity log available to you, including actions of a consultant or a partner you invited.

What you are responsible for. The content of your application, the accuracy of the information and documents you provide, and the decision to submit. Drafts produced by the platform are drafts until you approve them (section 4).

What we are responsible for. Preparing your application from what you provide, showing every figure in a call card with the funder's own wording behind it, and carrying the application to the funder's portal on the plans where submission is included. We do not decide who receives a grant, and no plan carries a promise of an award.

If you engage a consultant, you contract with that consultant directly. We are not a party to that contract, take no commission from it, and do not act as an intermediary between you.

7. If you are a consultant

A consultant prepares applications for client companies. The following applies in addition to the rest of these terms.

Access is granted by the client, not by us. A consultant works inside a client's workspace only after the client has granted access, application by application. The client can withdraw that access at any time in one action. A consultant sees only what has been opened to them; the client's other data remains closed.

Nothing is submitted without the client's own action. A consultant may prepare an application in full, but the submission to the funder's portal is authorised by the client with a single explicit confirmation.

Your fee is yours. A consultant contracts directly with their client on terms agreed between them. Grants To Go is not a party to that contract, takes no commission and no success fee, and does not stand between a consultant and their client. We do not introduce clients to consultants and do not sell leads.

Responsibility for the application lies with the applicant and the person preparing it, not with the platform.

Client data must stay in the workspace. A consultant must not copy, export or transfer a client's documents or data beyond what is necessary to prepare and submit that client's application, and must not use them for any other client or purpose.

Allowances are your own. Re-checks and downloads are charged against the plan of the person acting. Working inside a client's workspace does not consume the client's allowance, and does not give a consultant more than their own plan allows.

Client slots are the number of client companies a consultant may run at one time; further slots are bought in packs of five and are part of the subscription, not a separate service.

8. Consortium partners

Where a call requires several organisations to apply together, a partner may be invited into a single application. Each partner fills in their own part. A partner sees only the parts opened to them; each side's own data remains closed. Eligibility is assessed for the team as the call requires.

9. Acceptable use

You may not: misuse the platform to violate law or third-party rights; upload malicious files; attempt to scrape, copy or resell the catalogue; share account credentials; or use platform content in breach of these terms. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

10. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, texts and database structure belong to the operator. Your uploaded documents and the drafts generated for you remain yours; you grant us only the technical licence needed to process them in order to provide the service.

11. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. The operator is not liable for funders' decisions, for missed deadlines, or for the consequences of submitting drafts that have not been reviewed.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breach. Provisions on liability, intellectual property and payments survive termination.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are subject to the competent court in Belgrade, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

14. Languages

The platform is offered in several languages. The English version of these terms is the binding one; translations are provided for convenience. Where a translation differs from the English text, the English text prevails.

15. Data protection representatives

Our privacy representative for the United Kingdom (UK) and the European Union (EU) is Prighter Group with its local partners. To contact us via our representative or to exercise your data subject rights, visit: https://app.prighter.com/portal/19288497414

16. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Each version carries a version number and date, and the version you accepted is recorded with your account. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
