Refund Policy

1. How to ask for a refund
Write to support@grantstogo.app from the address on your account and tell us which payment you mean. We review and process every refund request within 24 hours of receiving it. Once approved, the money goes back through our payment provider to the card or account you paid from. How long it then takes to appear depends on your bank — usually several business days. That last part is not in our hands.
Where a payment was made by bank transfer against an invoice-contract, the refund is returned to the account the payment came from.
2. Full and partial refunds
A full refund returns the whole payment. A partial refund returns part of it — for example when only part of a paid period is affected, or when we agree on an amount for a service that was interrupted. We tell you which one we are issuing, and the exact amount, before we process it.
3. Cancelling a subscription is a separate action
Cancelling stops future charges. It does not return a payment that has already been taken. A refund concerns money already charged. These are two different things, and doing one does not do the other — if you want both, say so and we will handle them as two steps.
4. Access is granted immediately
Access to the plan you purchase is provided immediately upon payment. Because the digital service is delivered in full at that point, non-use of the account, or of features you already have access to, is not grounds for a refund.
An annual plan is paid in advance for twelve months. If you ask to end an annual plan early, we may issue a partial refund for whole unused months at our discretion; the discount already applied to the annual price is taken into account when the amount is calculated.
5. One-off purchases
Submission of one application (€244 on the Free plan, €186 on the Start plan) is refundable in full only while the work has not started — that is, while no application package has been assembled for you.
The service is performed when the application package has been assembled and made available to you: prepared for export, shown to you, downloaded or handed over — whether or not it has then been submitted to the funder's portal. From that moment the payment is not refundable, because the work has been done and its result is in your hands. Submission to the portal is the last step of that service, not the moment the service begins.
Additional re-checks (100 for €19) are refundable in full while none of them has been used. Once any of them has been used, the pack is not refundable, since the service has been performed.
Additional seats and client company slots are recurring charges; cancelling stops future charges, and the current paid period is not refunded.
6. Withdrawal right (14-day cooling-off period)
Where consumer law would otherwise grant a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services, by requesting immediate access upon payment you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that this consent waives your right of withdrawal once access has been granted, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. If the service is unavailable
If the service is unavailable for a prolonged period due to a fault on our side, contact us at support@grantstogo.app — we will review the situation and resolve it individually (for example with a service credit or a partial refund), on a case-by-case basis.
8. What this policy does not cover
We do not refund on the ground that an application was not successful. Grants To Go prepares and submits applications; the decision belongs to the funder, and no plan or purchase carries any promise of an award.
Payments between a consultant and their client are agreed directly between them. Grants To Go is not a party to that contract and does not refund fees paid to a consultant.
